Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) carefully before using CBT-Nweb / CBTNightmares (the “Service”). This Agreement is a binding legal contract between you and CBTN WEB (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By registering an account, purchasing access, or utilizing the learning and training platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA and our Privacy Policy.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service. This license is strictly for your personal professional development or internal educational training as a professional or provider.
You acknowledge that you are acquiring a license to use the web-based software, learning paths, and materials, and that no ownership rights in the underlying code, infrastructure, or text assets are being transferred to you.
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized by us in writing, you shall not:
To access certain functionalities, training paths, or certification mechanisms, you must maintain an active user account. You are solely responsible for protecting your unique login credentials and tracking tools.
Account sharing is explicitly prohibited. If an institution, agency, or sponsor provides your access, that institutional seat is uniquely mapped to you and cannot be reassigned or utilized by multiple distinct individuals.
The Service, including all design frameworks, interactive quizzes, video assets, textual materials, continuing education mechanics, database architectures, and brand styling, are the exclusive property of CBTN WEB or its licensors.
Your rights are confined strictly to the operational interface license defined in Section 1. All rights not expressly granted herein are completely reserved by us.
Access to specialized courses, certifications, and support systems may require a recurring subscription or one-time payment. Billing details are handled via our designated transaction processors, subject to the conditions explicitly detailed during checkout.
Unless otherwise specified by institutional arrangement, access to educational course materials is time-bounded. Upon the expiration of your licensed access period, your right to review content, tracking logs, and certificate modules may terminate automatically.
This Agreement remains operational until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your account and completely ceasing all access to the training modules.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your license if you violate any restriction outlined in Section 2, fail to process required payments, or engage in behavior that threatens the system security, integrity, or compliance metrics of our platform.
The Service is delivered to you “as is” and “as available,” with all structural or dynamic faults. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all statutory or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular pedagogical or professional purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that your access will be entirely uninterrupted, free of software bugs, or that the learning materials will satisfy specific regulatory continuing education requirements in every geographical jurisdiction.
To the absolute maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall CBTN WEB be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your reliance on the training platform.
Our total aggregate liability under any transactional or legal claim associated with your license shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you to access the platform during the twelve-month window preceding the event causing the dispute.
If any provision of this EULA is determined to be unlawful, void, or legally unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that exact provision shall be severed from the contract, and the remaining provisions shall maintain full force, effect, and operational validity.
This Agreement constitutes the entire structural consensus between you and us concerning license distribution for the software and learning environments, overwriting any previous oral or written agreements.
